End of Three-Month Moratorium Extension for HouzKEY Customers

Dear Valued Customer,

The automatic moratorium extension for 3 months effective 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020 is coming to an end. The new adjusted monthly installment shall be effective from 1 January 2021.

We understand that some of you may be affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. Maybank Islamic Berhad ("MIB") remains commited to support those impacted to help tide over any financial difficulties or business disruptions you may have during this period. In the event that you as our valued customer is unable to meet the adjusted monthly installment upon the expiry of the Moratorium Period, please contact us at m2own@maybank.com latest by 30 November 2020 to explore other possibilities in terms of rescheduling the adjusted monthly installment. Please include your full name as per NRIC and your RTO account number in your email to us. The outcome of rescheduling shall be at the Bank's discretion.
