SHAH ALAM: i-City has entered into a strategic partnership with Maybank Islamic to offer the alternative home financing solution HouzKEY for its latest luxury residential project, BeCentral in i-City Golden Triangle.

Under the home financing solution, qualified buyers can enjoy 100% financing on their home purchases with no down payment required, no payment required during the construction period and low monthly payment with the best rates.

The scheme enables eligible homeowners to enjoy benefits under the recently extended Home Ownership Campaign 2021, which includes stamp duty exemptions for the Memorandum of Transfer and HouzKEY financing agreement as well as a 10% discount on primary market property.

Strategically located adjacent to Central i-City Mall and DoubleTree by Hilton, BeCentral is a 52-storey freehold luxury residential project. Smart information technology (IT) features like face recognition has been incorporated into Be Central to give residents peace-of-mind security. The unit sizes range from 632 sq ft to 793 sq ft, and the starting price is RM484,000.

What differentiates BeCentral is that it is equipped with information technology (IT) features such as face recognition for entry to the 5-star lobby, artificial intelligence (AI) lock-set and i-City SuperApp to engage with the entire i-City community. With modern lifestyle and security in mind, BeCentral offers innovative wellness and multi-layer protection concepts.

Wellness facilities include an Olympic-length infinity pool, hot jacuzzi, 300m jogging track, futsal, basketball open court and rock climbing wall for children.

“With Maybank Islamic HouzKEY, you can own a luxury residence, among prestigious landmarks such as DoubleTree Hilton and Central i-City Mall, with hyperconnectivity in i-City Golden Triangle, from just RM1,250 per month.

“The unique proposition of HouzKEY enables homebuyers to acquire properties with minimal upfront cost as only three-month refundable payment is required as security deposit,” said i-City director Monica Ong.

The collaboration with i-City is a great match for both i-City and Maybank Islamic, said Maybank real estate ventures managing director Sally Lye.

“We believe that HouzKEY product is the perfect solution for first-time homebuyers and upgraders in realising their dreams to own a home now in the current market.

“Working together, we are widening our reach and opening up opportunities for more Malaysians to own properties without having to worry about the high upfront costs associated with purchasing a property,” she said.

The Malaysia No 1 Technology City is connected with direct links to North Klang Valley Expressway, West Coast Expressway and Federal Highway, allowing for easy travel to other parts of the city.

Public transport will be a breeze with the confirmed upcoming LRT Line 3, which will have a station at i-City.
