Kindly be informed that you will be able to request to opt in for the Payment Assistance from 7 July 2021 onwards by writing in to m2own@maybank.com. The Payment Assistance plan is applicable for financing approved on or before 30 June 2021 and which are not overdue for more than 90 days on the date the request is submitted. Approval will be given automatically to all applicable customers that have opt-in for it and the process is designed to be hassle-free with no supporting documents requested upfront for approval purposes.
